Experience:

John Ed has over 35 years of public accounting experience. While nearly all of it has been with Hughes, Welch & Milligan, early in his career he worked for a predecessor to Ernst & Young. John Ed has extensive experience in not-for-profit and governmental accounting and auditing. He has also worked closely with financial institutions performing both internal and external audits of financial institutions. He also provides management consultation and taxation services.

Tommy J. Milligan, CPA

Experience:

Tommy has over 30 years of public accounting experience, all with Hughes, Welch & Milligan. His specialties are federal and state income taxes and management consulting. He has experience auditing numerous non-profit and governmental organizations.

Experience:

Bill has 25 years of experience and five years with Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, Inc., Medicare Audit Division. His specialties include healthcare auditing and Medicare cost report preparation.
